Hi! My name is Pia, your go-to plant based nutritionist!
I'm a inspired and creative cook, certified vegan nutritionist and host weekly live stream cooking shows on Twitch. I also founded and co-manage Worthing's multi-award winning vegan food bank (the first of it's kind in Worthing) and love helping people transition to a more sustainable, happier and healthier diet - no matter their circumstances.
I strongly believe that we can all lead a more sustainable, healthy and kind lifestyle. That's why I set my aim to educate about easy and delicious foods that bring optimum nutrition through diet.
