Easy Vegan Raw Cinnamon Raisin Cookies | Recipe

In the mood for a yummy, healthy and fuelling, vegan snack to get you through the afternoon - or to kick start your day?


Give these no-bake 'cookies' a try! Full of plant-fibre and vital omega fatty-acids to support a healthy gut as well as brain functions!

You'll need:


100g walnuts

330g raisins

160g desiccated coconut

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 tablespoon flax seeds

1 teaspoon cinnamon

2 tablespoons coconut oil

Optional: add 2 pitted dates for more sweetness and added Iron & Vitamin K!


Method:


Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend into a paste.

Form up to 16 cookies form the dough.

Refrigerate for 1 hour before consuming.


Keep in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
