Have you heard of Koji Kins yet?


They're fermented sauces, made directly around the corner in Brighton, East Sussex and are

Made from 100% natural ingredients with no additives, colourings, sweeteners or emulsifiers, the sauces are plant-based and contain gut-friendly prebiotics and probiotics.


Their glass bottles are designed for re-use and they even have suggested recipes to use left-over the friendly bugs and Koji Kins left in the bottle to jumpstart the process of making your own!
