By the owners of London's Wild Food Cafe, this is more than 'just another vegan cookbook' and contains a lovingly selected compilation of healthy, nourishing plant-based recipes going hand in hand with suggestions for daily wellness rituals.
RRP £20, however the Kindle version is available for 99p on Amazon and the Hardcover version is available for £14.85.
I loved that Joel and Aiste encouraging readers to (re-) connect with their mind, body, soul and natural world, by offering healthy & nourishing recipe suggestions, beautifully presented with wholesome wellbeing techniques from London's revered Wild Food Cafe.
